BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION TO BOOKING:

  • Cancellations 14 days or more notice prior to your scheduled arrival date are refundable, less a $20 administration fee..
  • No Refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • Peak times:  Easter and from 24th December to 31st January, 30 days cancellation notice and 1 nights accommodation as cancellation fee.  Less than 30 days notice no refund or credit given.
  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person booking.
  • Your booking is for the dates specified.
  • NO refunds will be given to early departures or cancellation once arrived.  (i.e. Inclement weather or personal circumstances).
  • If guests are required to leave the park owing to their behaviour no refunds will be given.
  • Deposits hold the accommodation or site for 24 hours only from the arrival date. Failure to arrive on the nominated day of arrival without notification will result in the booking being cancelled and not refunded.
  • Changes to bookings need to be notified 14 days prior to arrival. (30 days for Peak times)
  • Only one promotional/membership offer can be used on any booking.
  • In the respect for the comfort of other paying guest, we only allow one vehicle per site.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry into the Park.
  • We recommend Travel Insurance.
  • PAYMENT: Prices are current at the time of booking. 1 Nights accommodation is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due on or before arrival. •  Cheques will not be accepted at anytime. Mastercard, visa, debit cards or cash payments only. NO AMEX
  • RESPONSIBILITY: All persons enter the park at their own risk and are totally responsible for those in your party including your property, motor vehicles and your visitors
  • PARK CONDITIONS & INFORMATION
  • PETS: IMPORTANT:
  • We are pet friendly on sites, however NO PETS from 24 December  to 08 January and all Easter Holidays.  • Pets must be leashed and well-behaved and must not disturb other patrons. Pets are not permitted in any of the common areas • All poop to be picked up (bags provided around Park) removed and placed in bins• Pets must not be left in park unattended. •
  • SITES: Limit of 1 caravan or large tent per site (1 x 2 man tent will be allowed for children if it fits into annex area) plus 1 car only per site. No trenches are to be dug around sites. Max of 2 adults & 4 small children, or 5 adults per site. For safety reasons All Vans must be backed onto sites with drawbars to face the road /exit. To avoid damage to grass – breathable floors only in annexes please. NO TARPS /PLASTIC COVERS OR CARPET TO BE USED.  Shade cloth is welcomed.
  • CHILDREN: Must be supervised at all times. • Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities. • Parental supervision is the only supervision.
  • VISITORS: Visitors must report to the office and leave the park by 10 pm • Visitors must park in the designated Visitor’s Parking area near the office and not at guests sites.
  • VEHICLE USE: The speed limit is strictly walking pace only (8 kph) and applies to all vehicles and bicycles. • Learner drivers are not permitted to drive on park grounds. • Helmets are required to be worn by cyclists and road rules are to be obeyed. •  NO bikes, skate boards etc are to be used after dusk, and are NOT to be used around the amenity or ramp areas at any time.  •  Please park in your allocated space only. • We are a small park and do not have overflow parking. Extra cars and boats will be required to park off-site at own risk.
  • NOISE:  Please consider your fellow campers and limit noise before 8am and after 10pm (this includes children and dogs who wake early). We ask that you enjoy your music before 10pm. Loud music or noise is offensive to others.   If you have problems with the conduct of other guests please contact the office.
  • SMOKING: No smoking in any buildings or shared areas. •  Please respect other guests when smoking outside. •  Please place butts in bins provided and not on the grass.
  • FIRES: Strictly NO fires or open flames… gas or electric cooking only •  No coals or heat beads.
